Dry-Fruit Cake by Deganit
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
mix with:
200 g. raisins
200 g. almonds (or hazelnuts)
50 g. chocolate bits
Spread in oiled & floured long mold > bake in low-medium heat until top is brown (about 3/4 of an hour) > after it cools off, slice thin thin thin > keep well in refrigerator.
